Exercises for Pain Relief
If you are experiencing lower back pain, there are a few exercises for low back pain that you will be able to try. Among these are the kinds which will allow you to be able to twist and stretch your lower back. You can try things like using yoga so that you will be able to get the kind of stretching that you will need to get rid of the pain that you are feeling.
A simple back stretch might be all you need to exercise lower back pain. You will be able to use a large ball so that you will be able to lay on it in both directions. Make sure that you are starting by laying backwards on the ball. Stretch for the floor while maintaining your feet flat on the floor. The further you can reach, the more you will stretch your lower back. Flip over and do the other side in the same manner and you will start to feel the difference right away.
You can also try trunk exercises which will help in relieving body pain. This means doing an exercise in which you have your legs shoulder length apart and you are putting your arms out straight. While maintaining straight arms, reach across your body to your toes. Reach as far as you can. If you can touch your toes, then reach past your toes. This will help to stretch your entire back and your legs.
If you are working at a desk, you will need to make sure that you are stretching your fingers every once in a while. Using some simple CTS exercises will help in making sure that you will be able to get rid of any pain from repetitive work that you are doing. Also, get up from your desk and look at the ceiling or further back. This will relieve some of the stress you might be feeling in your neck so that you will not feel as much pain.
